Tech YES City

Күн бұрын

Everyone loved the last vlog I did, so this time I decided to take my son with me to Akihabara, which is the place where they both new and used PC parts. There is also SO MUCH more to do there (though admittedly I am not into anything but PC parts in aki).
If you are building a new pc then Electric City is THE place to go in Japan with prices often beating out the internet as well. Used parts however are mediocre and people definitely know their prices there, and haggling is near impossible to do in Tokyo.
My favourite Places in Akihabara:
Tsukumo
Sofmap
Twotop
Dospara
Also this was taken over a week ago, just finally got time to edit it! Anyway I hope you guys Enjoy! Also if you guys enjoy retro gaming in Japan then check out TokyoGoomba - / tokyogoomba

There is so many different kinds of media i've watched over the years, but this video had such a feel good vibe to it. I don't usually weeb out but holy shit, i want to hit Japan one day and see it for myself. You're little man looked so happy to be around you, so uplifting to see this down to earth content, and i don't think i've ever seen a tech pick up with the kids involved, Also big high five for you're 100K subs if i've not already said. I threw a little money over during the podcast but i think as my life improves financially i'd be more than happy to become a supporter of TYC One day, I might have some questions regarding replacing a gpu housing soon but i've yet to set my mind on a repair. Hope all is well though. Thank you again Bryan and much love!

Was just in Akihabara yesterday. Interesting place, especially for electronics. Even though I'm in to anime and manga, wasn't too excited about any of that since I can't read Japanese and don't have any particular attraction to collectibles. I've enjoyed Japan while I've been here though. I did notice that the PC parts in the larger malls and electronics stores were crazy expensive though. I saw several 980tis in one shop listed at 150000 yen. Yikes. Wish I'd had this list of places with me, although the guys I was with wouldn't have been too interested.
