I’m just saying a lot of shops do this as well because of labour laws and stuff it’s not just shien. They would rather pay their workers less and make them work all day in a sweatshop then pay them well and let them work in better conditions. Cause at the end of the day no one can really tell massive clothes companies to stop because by them having factory’s or sweatshops there it helps the government improve their economy so obviously the government isn’t going to stop them anytime soon either. Like Nike for example they have many sweatshops and stuff in lower income countries whatever you want to call them but you wouldn’t think that because of the amount they charge for their clothes the people that are being forced into sweatshops to make Nike shoes and clothes and being payed much more then the shien workers.

As I said earlier If you had read recent news you would know that Shein has been called out and has addressed its issues, it has moved to a more environmentally friendly manufacturing way, don't comment rude things if you aren't fully educated on the subject. Niki receives enough hate. Plus, Shein is a nice business to see her style from for us people who can't afford expensive clothes. Yep. Yet another influencer that is promoting SHEIN. Aspyn, Sierra, her sister, to just name a few. Do they really not research the brands before accepting a sponsorship? SHEIN is known for ripping off small companies by stealing designs and selling offensive items. The Shein site has every trend on it because the company has been well known to have stolen many independent designers' work! Shein also sold a necklace with a swastika on it, a SWASTIKA. The swastika is a hate symbol that represented the Nazis in Germany. If anyone is Jewish or has Jewish friends, you know what an atrocious legacy the symbol has and there is absolutely no excuse for anyone to ever use the symbol anywhere, let alone sell it on clothing. Please do your own personal research on the brand before you consider purchasing from it. Just google what I am talking about on your own and see for yourself before you dismiss this post.

I totally get the comments about shein, but even urban outfitters sell brands, and wild fable from target is fast fashion. Its easy to cancel or shame shein because of the quality but sooo many brands are bad for the environment. Just do your research and if you don't want to buy from them then dont.

I understand this might come off as a complaint, but something is telling me to say it, maybe it will be good to get it out. To start, I just want to say that I have watched your and your sisters videos for probably half a year now. There isn't much that made me happy, but your channel especially, always has. It's become somewhat of a comfort object and with so much nonsense going on, it's a huge comfort to know that I can come and watch what you post. I think you're a lovely gal, and deserve every treasure life can hand you. That all said ... recently (not quite a month ago) my husband and I, along with 32 others, lost our apartments to a devastating fire. Every single one of us lost everything. Not one scrap of anything survived, not even the carpeting, walls, wall hangings, etc. However, EVERY person survived. There is not one scratch on any of us, as well, every pet (except one ladys little dog, very sad) also made it. Personally, my husband was at work and my cat and I got out literal minutes before the roof to our apartment came down. So we are blessed .... we are also blessed that we (and many others too) found another home in 10 days or less. What a miracle. My biggest fear has always been to be homeless. My husband and I have struggled since we met (8 years ago) but it's the roof that we've always been most grateful for. So ... 10 days after we lost our home, we found another. 3 days later, we had access to the internet and a small PC sold to us by a wonderful shop owner for an incredible, increddddible price. (May he be blessed) The first thing I did once I was able.. was to watch a few of your videos (and Threadbangers lol, I love them just as much

Shopping ethical isn’t hard it just takes some research and when in doubt just check out poshmark, thrift shops, and Mercari. If you’re really as bored as you come off on KZbin, commenting on every and any comment that says anything negative about shein then it seems like you have enough time on your hands to look up some really awesome ethical alternatives. And I’m not just talking about sustainability. SHEIN is literally known for their unethical practices. Not only that but they steal designs from other small brands multiple times too. I’m just saying that people like Niki with such a large platform need to think about what they’re promoting. One video she is preaching ethical and sustainable fashion and the other one she is promoting a brand that goes against everything she promoted before. I enjoy her content and that’s why I watch her videos I’m literally not hating, I just want her to be more careful.

Everyone commenting that she’s supporting an unethical brand probably don’t bat an eye when she wears Adidas or H&M or many bigger brands which are equally unethical (but worse because they then charge more for the product) so let’s stop only focusing on the ones that people living on a low budget have access to. For some, thrift is not an option and spending enough to ensure you’re buying ethically made clothes is a privilege and actually quite hard to do.
