i think the issue with the first dress is that naomi’s waist is shorter than the corset, so it needed to be cut shorter at the bottom, and tightened at the bottom too. i have the same problem with clothes tbh

One wrong move and my ankle bent in on itself and my fibula bone (the outer calf bone) cracked into two... 🙄 🤢 I still have the shoes! 😆 Although I don't wear them... I all honesty, the most hilarious part to me is that I was 32 years old when it happened. 😂 You're never too old for improper shoes!

The thread connecting the lining and dress on the red one is not a mistake. It’s a thread chain and is there to keep the lining from going too far out of place. Especially with a stretch material like that dress is, stitching the lining in at the bottom would be a bad idea. The lining could sag or pull the face fabric oddly. It may not be a very well made garment but the lining and thread chain is correct dressmaking.

I actually love the last dress. Also of you had a chain scarft in blacl or even grey you could create a look thats a mixture of punk and luxury style which is difficult to get right but so worth it. Maybe some black mat heels eith the sharp.mat metal.point. black gloves that are thinly knitted and cut fingertips.
