Sign was made from SignFoam. Vinyl masking material used on top, though in the years since this video was made I'm not seeing the exact brand used. ULINE seems to have a few options that look close. - ShopSabre Marketing Team

What material were using for the sign? Did you put the mask down before carving and what type mask did you use? Thanks

Sign was made from SignFoam. Vinyl masking material used on top, and yes we applied the vinyl beforehand!

Part number #7055 from Vortex. It is a 1/2'' shank 1'' depth max cut - single blade. Hope this helps! Strongly recommend!
