💯💯 Bruddah Derick -and there actually are more than a few places and programs like paepaeoheeia -we also do workdays at lokoea fishpond in Haleiwa. Same thing-top notch staff who love to share mana’o as well as get you down and dirty in the mud and sand 🤣-much aloha 🤙🏾🤙🏾

Mahalo Rhino for this video! I did some volunteer work at the He‘eia Fishpond not long ago, and it was a great experience. Not gonna lie, my old body was sore for the next two days. Made me realize that I ain't young anymore. Better to leave the heavy lifting to the younger ones!🤣

@@user-sg8kq7ii3y Yessah Bruddah C mahalos for your kokua 🙏🏾💯-yeah I wish I had lil bit more of the work scenes but I only brought my cell phone so when was time to work I put em away mostly-u r right that it’s important to go at your own pace-I think listening to Bruddah Keahi and staff talk a little bit b4 each task gives you that extra Mana 💪🏽 to go beyond what da body is capable of 😵. The good thing is they don’t pressure to work, but when you see all the wahines getting down and dirty and hustlin 😮 kinda shame if u stay on the sidelines taking a break 🤣🤣-much aloha 🤙🏾🤙🏾
