Either that ''jerk offs'' part was a well written joke or Liam's actor failed at his lines and Keeso went off script too just to have some fun. The fact there's plenty of scenes in the show where the actress playing Miig breaks into laugh (same with Fish once), means Keeso seems to like using these kind of blooper scenes in the show instead.
