I often have about 3 or 4 cups of pod coffee - about the same size as your cup - Why do I feel guilty about that? Is it not normal or am I overindulging?

Depends on how it makes you feel physically. I feel fine when I drink that much but others may not. Also, does it affect your sleep? Sleep is super important

@@lowcarbrevelation Well, I’m not doing keto at this time. Cooking for one is quite difficult. But when I’m doing well, my plan is different. I made a smoothie with almond milk, organic kale and organic blueberries then I add turmeric, MCT powder and collagen and a bit of kefir. I’d love to be able to find macadamia nut milk but it’s not in any of our stores. Or I might make a protein shake but usually save those for later in the day. Other things for me would be the Too good yogurt, Cottage cheese and/or a chaffle with cinnamon and sugar substitute. And I do like eggs but not everyday. Another idea that has helped me is to make a crustless quiche and portion it out and have a piece for breakfast. Not very creative ideas but since it’s just me and I do not get hungry in the mornings I’ll just grab something quick. Sometimes if it’s more towards lunch time I would have leftovers from dinner. I’ll be very interested to see what you come up with! If something else comes to mind I’ll let you know. 🤔😀
