That's ok, you can always try again and really focus on going chest to ground on the push-ups. Glad you liked the routine! I bet your quads were on fire for sure! Mine were!

you can go in a circle or just go forward and backward more times until you do about 40 feet worth :)

Great timing with the upload Scott. Have an exam coming up so not hitting gym frequently. Tried this out today and must say its legit, my quads were on fire during the third set, didnt feel that much on chest though (m too good at push ups :P) I think my rep range could have been more on push ups. it sure can, you will burn way more calories here in 6 minutes. But there is nothing wrong with 15-20 on a treadmill or outside :)

Does this work abs at all? I've done it twice now. It's pretty intense. I got 6:15 my first try. I raised the reps to 50 squats and 30 pushups, took me 7:04 this time.

Maaan every time I raise the intensity whether it's tabata or curcuit training, I always feel like throwing up. even on an empty stomach. So I end up not finishing the rest of the rounds.

For those who for some reason find this easy as fuck to do.. which means you're already a monster, try adding two 5lb ankle weights and wearing a 45lb chest vest.
