The fact that Scott can talk as he's doing the exercises is mind-blowing. I would see spots, barf and die on the spot. Immediately. I think that's lost on people.

Since this is a full body workout, you need to let your muscles rest for a few days. If you really want to do this video more than once a week, I'd recommand doing it no more than twice with a three days rest in between. Cheers.

I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from Agoge Diet. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

This is good for endurance and s&c. But if your goal is to look like Scott, or anyone with an "impressive" physique, this workout will be completely useless. If your aim is to build muscle and get that bodybuilder look, learn the most essential compound movements and perform them while going close to failure
