The fact that Scott can talk as he's doing the exercises is mind-blowing. I would see spots, barf and die on the spot. Immediately. I think that's lost on people.

Its refreshing to see the man doing the easier option instead of the lady!!! Because in most fitness videos, its the female that performs the easier version and I really HATE that because NOT ALL FEMALES ARE WEAK!!!! and some are actually STRONGER than men!!!!! Thank you Im a happy bunny :)

Hey Scott....excellent workout ! Have been doin this once a week for the last 2 months. One thing i read about often is muscle memory and how with time, effectiveness of an exercise reduces with same routine. Whats your word on this if i wish to follow this continuously like im doing?

At min 15 I got a muscle cramp in my right leg, I will come back tomorrow, it's a fantastic exercise but I need more warm-up.

Thanks. I'll do now. Please I like to build muscle at home, till now I have no equipment, but I'm hoping to get dumbells and barbells. I've lost about 16kg with cardio, hiit n just any home workouts I saw here on KZbin. Any tips for me? Which kg weights I need? Just any advice, I'd appreciate. Thanks. Just did it and it's sweet. Since this is a full body workout, you need to let your muscles rest for a few days. If you really want to do this video more than once a week, I'd recommand doing it no more than twice with a three days rest in between. Cheers.

I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from Agoge Diet. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

This is good for endurance and s&c. But if your goal is to look like Scott, or anyone with an "impressive" physique, this workout will be completely useless. If your aim is to build muscle and get that bodybuilder look, learn the most essential compound movements and perform them while going close to failure
