Janis and I had a full day meeting tons of people and letting some young & older folks see a plane up close, we answered a lot of questions on aviation and how to get started. And now its time for the short trip back.

Yea we never saw him but if the jet took the runway……you need to follow Stearmans page, we didn’t know we were going until the last minute.

Loved the extra loud "Clear prop" and how you hesitated a little more with all those people around. You both set such a great example of the aviation community everywhere you go. Steerman field seems like a very nice place. As always thanks for taking the time to bring us along for a bit.

Yea, lots of folks hanging way too close to the plane, we made sure everyone was clear and Janis got a thumbs up from one because it’s the little one you can’t see, normally that’s not an issue!

That looks like an awesome event! I love being able to share aviation with others, especially kids. It was interesting, I’m glad to see that I’m not the only person that has hard time seeing people in front of me on final. The same thing happened to me and I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I couldn’t see the airplane landing in front of me. I never saw them, but I heard them clear the act. So strange! Take care good people!

@@janisparr8592 I had that exact same experience sis. I can see the airplane on my ForeFlight, but I never was able to see it over the runway. It surprised me because it was a white Cessna Skyhawk over a pave runway. That didn’t help at all, couldn’t see it until they called clear. So crazy!

@@glennwatson Yea Jay has a ton of videos ready to edit just not enough time to do it, it takes about 15 hours to edit our videos, so it’s quite time consuming.

I like the new color shirts! Good high vis for the ramp! Looked a bit breezy but another good landing, as if you’ve done it a few times! No food at that event or keeping it secret? Good times for the kids I’m sure.

Stearman was really hopping that day! Wow, everyone got a close view of the plane landings. So cool folks could check your plane. Plus there is a huge shortage of pilots. Love how you guys give back to the community. Too bad it was too windy that day. Have a good week guys.
