SHORT GAME tips you wish you’d known sooner…

These short game tips totally changed my Golf game. As a mid-high handicapper, I struggled with confidence around the green simply because I didn’t know the fundamentals.
Since discovering the importance of good decision making around the greens through my own mistakes and lessons from a golf coach, my confidence grew as my scores started to get better.

I like the Two ball different shot advice from 60 yard. For me my fear is the short chip yip, wont hit the ball enough to get anywhere close to the hole.

The 60 yard shot is really difficult… I like to play the ball from the back of my stance on the short chip. Lift the grip up to reduce the chance of thinning it!

They are scary until you know you’re set up correctly! I practiced for hours and hours to understand how to get out every time… accuracy is another thing 🤣 way out of my league

I couldn’t disagree more - when I step onto a green - I am looking and trying to hole my putt - first time - every time - no ifs - no buts ! There’s already lots of doubt and trying to get a ball close - instead of in - just adds to the doubt -
