Yesterday, I got in a rush and was low on funds and decided to hack 7 inches off my hair. I used pictures and thought it was enough. I ended up looking like an escaped mental patient. Today, I found this. I took a chance followed directions, and I have to thank you so very much. It turned my hack job into a very nice cut. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Do you have a video with a similar haircut but with longer layers? I went to the salon and the lady couldn't understand what I wanted. It was frustrating. I went back for her to fix it and she gave me more layers and shortened my hair in the front a little but still didn't get the fact that I wanted heavy layering. When I get a curt like this it usually styles itself. My current cut is just really long boring layers. I asked her to thin my hair out with layers and I'm just so frustrated I paid so much to get such a boring cut with no texture.

Hi, I would say no extensions in any of this short haircut, unless u just want to put them in the front. U won't have space in the nape area, and if u have, they will fall eventually.

wasdwasd24 I think it means you can do the same technique on everyone! Lol. I noticed stylists will learn a technique then uses it on all their clients so everyone has the same cut.

Salon friendly in our lingo simply means a haircut that you’re average client can come into and receive in a reasonable amount of time. Hence “salon friendly” haircuts for us is beneficial so we don’t run behind on our prebooked guests.
