Height is not s problem to ride any bike, but only the problem was to move back the bike, standing on traffic, turning on short roads.

I'm 164cm not much a difference (still short)..im still able to ride on a KTM DUKE 250.. what the most matter was ..your skills, confidence and leg strength. Hope this helps

The seat height isn’t that much of a difference between both bikes. I suggest you to visit the showroom and try it on 👍🏻

It is always an advantage to be 5.2ft and riding Duke 390, especially V2 as it will make your bike look bigger in terms of aesthetic. As for me, I'm 6.1ft and an owner to Duke 250 V2.5 (maybe V3), I make my bike looked 'meh' 😂 Maybe I need to save up a bit and upgrade to the upcoming 490. Maybe 790?

@@Kickstandup Yours is still too little rider sag. Try to go to Min setting which is a huge step down in seat height and also improves static and rider sag. Yours is still too stiff. KTM fit a rear shock on these that is on an R1 or a GSXR1000 or a ZX10-R. This is crazy! If you hit any pothole or rough road surface withe factory preload of 5 it will try to launch you off the seat!

Yeap, tip toe is still doable. But if theres a slope, then ill have to dismount. Hope it helps

My height is 5'7 Should i go with the bs6 model??they say its seat height is 830mm.. &bs4 model's is 800mm...

I'd recommend you to have a sit at the showroom first, either if the seat height is 830mm or 800mm. As of what I know, for some KTM bikes, they have different seat heights to cater to each country. Like the Adventure 390, Asian spec has slightly lower seat height.

Hello! Im a Malaysian. In order to install the side mirror on the handlebar, the clamp of the mirror need to be modified a little. Using sandpaper to make the hole bigger to fit the bar. Overall visibility is good but not great as I'm not able to see directly behind me, side is fine.

Right speed wit the right gear will give u less time to keep ur foot on the ground .i try to balance the bike for atleast not more than 5seconds it's fun.

Wow I never knew people had issues with the height of the 390 duke. For me I barely fit on it. It feels like a honda grom as where the much taller 1290 super duke r is perfect and I can still easily flat foot it. I am 6,5 though or about 198.12cm
