Short Science Fiction Collection 022
VARIOUS ( - )
Science Fiction is speculative literature that generally explores the consequences of ideas which are roughly consistent with nature and scientific method, but are not facts of the author's contemporary world. The stories often represent philosophical thought experiments presented in entertaining ways. Protagonists typically "think" rather than "shoot" their way out of problems, but the definition is flexible because there are no limits on an author's imagination. The reader-selected stories presented here were written prior to 1962 and became US public domain texts when their copyrights expired. (Summary by Gregg Margarite)
Genre(s): Science Fiction, Anthologies
Language: English
Group: Short Science Fiction Collections (FULL Audiobook)

'When I Grow Up.' Liked that also. Reminded me of guys like Henry Slesar, Bradbury and Evan Hunter. Bet the guy who wrote watched a lot of Hitchcock.

It reminds me of grade school when we all took turns reading out loud (See Dick run! Bite Dick, Spot!). Some kids hated it, some kids loved it, some were indifferent. Some were really good readers, but some were just painful to listen to. Wonder if it has anything to do with whether their folks read to them when they were little? I figure, if folks are willing to volunteer their time to give us some great FREE entertainment, I can cut them some slack for not being professionals. Or maybe it's just me. :)

Your summary is meandering vague, and useless. A list of titles & publication dates probably would've been better. With authours: better still. Turn your paragraph into a sentence & put the other info in.
