I mean, DC is confusing. The way I interpret it is that different Earth's kind of exist in the same big universe, and every DC Universe has its Earth 1, Earth 2, Earth 3 and Earth 199999. So a speedster can travel into the parallel earth's, but also run into different universes. Idk if I'm right though

This was clarified in the flash movie. In the time-bubble-sphere we see different Barry Allen’s, different superman’s etc within the multiverse there are an infinite amount of variants. You are going to see the same thing in Deadpool three.
