Good day, great info, my wife and I arrived terminal 2 in Manila on 10/19. She is dual citizen, they accepted our paper CDC card with our California digital vaccination card. $3000 peso for test. We are on our 4th day. Arrival procedures went very well

Good for you arriving in terminal 2. I and my husband arrived in terminal 3 on 10/19 and they didnt accept husbands cdc card coz they said he is a foreign national whose country does not accept the reciprocal agreement of Phil’s vaxx certificate. So they gave us 7 days quarantine. Shame on those #iatf #boq rules! It is not consistent and fair to all.

Former Filipinos are allowed to travel to the Philippines. No need for visa. Just present your expired passport :)

Hi! Please give us the latest update. I see posted from PAL web site: Upon arrival, no facility based quarantine will be further required of Foreign Nationals, but the passenger is enjoined to self monitor for any symptoms until the 14th day, with the first day being the date of arrival. As long as the passenger has a neg RT-PCR test taken 72 hrs prior to departure from the country of origin.

Hi there! That is only if you’re coming from a Green List country. Since, US is under the Yellow list then you still have to undergo a facility based quarantine.

Hello a question for anyone maybe has experience already. I am married living in Bohol. As I got lazy and work I was back and forth every month (seaman) I never got my 13a...yep stupid move. I then had to rush back USA during pandemic to be with very ill son. Now I plan fly back to my home and wife in DEC. I know the visa I need all the requirements. What I am not clear on is after my 6 days in manila can I then board a plane to Bohol to go home to finish home quarantine. Anyone have experience traveling onward and the requirements

The Philippines Government is pretty fucked up with this color list crap, countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Eretria are green listed but the US, UK, Australia and EU countries are yellow listed.

You need to update your video, if your coming from a green lane country you need a RT-PCR for quarantine exemption.

Sorry Antonio, and sorry for the smart ass answers. there is always one in the crowd. For the majority of foreigners, you would need a 9A (marriage) visa or a SRRV visa to enter at this time. Tourist visas to the best of my knowledge are not being issued at this time and visa on entry is not allowed. So basically unless your married to a Filipino or you have a business here, your not coming. There are exceptions such as Filipino children and bribes, but chances are you don't qualify.

@@robertdull982 I have been talking to consulate in Los Angeles for quite sometime. I live in Philippines but had to leave during the lockdown to be with son who was ill. I can't say for sure but if your not married I seriously doubt you will get a 9a. Do you qualify for a 9g? My requirements now just to go back to my home are proof of financial, Philippines bank account statements, my barangay letter of residence, my vaccination certificate, and my original marriage certificate. A 9a is very hard to get right now. Suggest call nearest consulate ASAP as they do a good job telling you what you need. If you meet the requirements it is possible to have within a week. Or so I was told

It seems to be conflicting results from if they accept the white CDC card for American citizens when traveling with their Filipino spouse. Sometimes people say they do take the white card then the next day someone says they did not. It is like it is more on WHO is working that day and what they decide. I am hoping that by December when we travel they will change the USA to green.

Yes it seems like it matters who you get when you step up to the table, they were more interested in our California smart card digital vaccination QR code. Then the paper CDC card

It doesn’t make sense , after your hotel quarantine you still continue quarantine @ home . And most american they just only have one month vacation given to thier job. Doing total 14 daya quarantine you lose already a lot of days spending time w/ a non sense quarantine then after you get your result you still negative . Haisttttt
