Magnus very clearly showed signs of low energy levels, and being "nervous" at the same time, as he is recovering. On the other hand if Pragg sees Magnus today at his usual energy level, it can be a psychological bonus for Magnus! just needed in time. So Pragg should first take care of removing this mental block . I am sure Pragg is already prepared for a very fresh Magnus. Overall pragg looked very determined, and this will continue today as he as shown nerves when needed. But Hats off to Magnus, that he can hold against a very determined Pragg even when he is still recovering. People take leave for office while recovering and cannot concentrate in these situations , and Magnus shows his incredible will power to stay focused at such a level. Imagine as a software engineer you are recovering, and you want to release a very complicated production build (without any bugs!). Very few engineers will be able to do that.

It's easy. Pragg knew based on the moves Magnus played that the game would be drawn. However, due to rules, draw by agreement is not permitted until a specified move count. In this case, that's move 30. Hence, the game drew after 30 moves. You can read up on draw by agreement or "Grandmaster draw".
