U completed 120wpm it's a great achievement. Continue this speed and practice various dictation, u will automatically get accuracy and speed that leads to u 150wpm

Do meditate and yoga for your better concentration. Aur ho sake dictation lete waqt consciously focus rahne ka kosish karo.. Aur bhi koi suggestions ho to koi jarur bataye, mai bhi sunna chahunga 👍
