Most singers hit some sort of hesitant trance before going into riffs/runs/money notes, but I've always found that Shoshana, arguably one of the few greatest singers in this era, lets her emotion lead her vocally. It's exquisite to witness -- a huge fan of this cover. Genuinely wish she had more recognition here in London x

I just came back from Tara simon where she reviewed her singing. It wasnt this song it was another one. Basically she killed that song but when the comments said we should come over this side and witness this we would be blown away. Those comments were right✋ wow🎷 such talent. I'm floored and so happy she let her voice flow wherever the music took her. I could be wrong but her mic placement looked like she wasn't 100% sure how those high falsettos would come out. Thank goodness she didn't shy away because the Queen's voice delivered and then some. I have chills from the soul that was overflowing in this performance.

This is my first time watching a performance by Shoshana. I admit at first I wasn’t all that impressed after listening for 2 minutes. I thought nice voice…kind of raspy but pleasing to the ear. When she got to the climax around 6 minutes….Baby….that woman let it all go!!! Those notes just felt so real and unrestrained. It was just raw emotion pouring out. That’s a real singer. Bravo!! Looking forward to checking out her other performances.

Atonge Ruth Jessie J doesn’t understand dynamics the way Shoshana Bean does. Jessie J is a vocalist yes, but Shoshana is an artist. Her placement of riffs and runs are always tasteful and help to push the point of the song forward. Jessie J gets showboaty sometimes. I am a huge fan of both but when it comes to vocal artistry, I’d say Sho hands down.

WOW!!!!!!!!! Amazing. Everything about this performance was on point, the hair, the dress, lighting, the stage, and what about that orchestra 👍👍👍👍👍. Every time it rains I will think of this song.
