Thanks for the upload. For some unknown reason I've always tended to bypass Shostakovich's symphonies until I heard this great work at a concert and it made me investigate further, wonderful to discover new (to me) and great music!

I don't suppose it's likely a movie about Mariss Jansons will ever be made. But if one ever is, Kevin Bacon is the obvious choice to play him.
