Collin, what are your thoughts in regards to keeping your eyes on the rim upon the release or keeping your eyes on the ball? I see a lot of great shooters doing either or. To me personally, I think looking at the ball helps your hand eye coordination, but it can simply just be a comfortability matter. Pro Shot Shooting System favors looking at the ball because they believe that shooting is similar to shooting a gun or throwing darts where you guide the projectile to the target which goes back to my point about hand eye coordination. What do you think?

Do Chris Mullin shooting mechanics

Chris mullin - left handed. Smooth one motion shot. Sets the ball on his finger pads and tips (not on his hole palm). He turns his feet when he shoots (not as much as players today). Uses the 1 2 step more often than the 2 footed hop. He dips the ball to his waist going down his lefts side if his body. Chris also used the toe pop were he stands on the tips of his feet and springs off of them for more lift. I hope I helped you out, I took time to analyze his shot because there are no videos on KZbin you have done it lol. tell me if this helped.

+JKennyPro For sure there are other ways to track your shooting... One of the REALLY valuable parts to this is all the drills inside the app. Klay Thompson's personal trainer Charlie has a bunch of drills in there and I will be adding some in the coming year :) In world where everybody is dropping $200+ on shoes I would take something for this price to get better. But totally understand, it is a little spendy.
