I used to work with voice actors a bit, and have heard many grown women play young boys with varying degrees of success. Some try their hardest, but still sound feminine to the core. Others wind up overdoing it and sound like old women, or barely even human. And others get pretty close, and are fairly convincing. But Korone... Korone's shota voice is shockingly good. Like, it may be the best example of how a grown woman can play a young boy WELL that I've ever heard. I'm genuinely impressed.
