Hey coach C amazing video, would you be able to make a video of how aiming a basketball in the middle, back, and front of the rim looks like visually? Like can you show where your shooting hand would be when aiming at the front middle and back of the rim in your vision. I think personally alot of people struggle with that and im one of them.

I can spin it on my finger and here’s some useful information I wish the guides told me: the ball can only stay on your finger for so long until falls, the real thing keeping it on your finger is the momentum. Once you’ve gotten good at the lift off and can let it spin on your finger for a little while then learn to start hitting it while it’s on your finger. Even though I’m great at spinning it on my finger, If I never hit the ball then I can let it spin for a max of 5 seconds. Also, the steps to do this is really basic, you just gotta get better with practice overtime. I remember being frustrated not being able to hit it on my finger correctly and wondered if there was a secret trick or something I didn’t know, but I really just needed more practice
