Should I Get A Toyota HiAce?!

After driving the delica on a long road trip I think if i did the same in a HIACE it could be ever better! Although it does seem slower and might struggle on the highway those curtains are the ultimate flex lol

The Hiace has a better power to weight ratio, and it can run the whole day without refuelling, that's why van rental operators prefer it over other Japanese vans

Really? My biggest issue with the delica was the MPGs. The delica is a 2.4 diesel this is a 3.0

Toyota Hi Ace vans sound great and all but the only thing about owning one while living in North America is that the parts to fix one have to be shipped from Japan!?, correct me if I am wrong, but for how reliable they are I am sure that would be totally worth it.

Man I checked both of them out a month ago. I ended up buying a prado. Hiace is definitely better than a delica if you don't care about crazy off roading. Some limited modess have parking sensors, intercom (joyfull talk), cool box, tea maker, power spoiler in the front bumper etc.

My association with the HiAce is as a commercial vehicle workhorse. The passenger version should no doubt be just as tough and reliable.
