Should I get my complaint to H.R. in writing? Should I keep a copy of it?

Great video like seeing Chrysler Building out the window. I used to shoot fashion catalogs in the mid 80s loved seeing the building up the street as i walked out of Gramercy Park Hotel Lived in Atl at the time usually two week trips. You were in good spirits today!

I have a question. How do discrimination statute of limitations laws, work for someone who is still employed by the company? It's not advised to quit, yet you only get a certain amount of time to sue

I tried to complain to HR but the compliance dept made me delete everything. All the company did was tell me I should complain to their internal toll free phone number. I have a feeling anything I complain about will only be used against me

I don't know what you deleted, but if it was evidence of discrimination or evidence that you complained of discrimination then that was not a good idea. You may still be able to contact forensic IT to get that back. Speak to a local attorney and get some guidance, it sounds like this situation may be getting a bit out of hand.

Ask them why they aren't interested. Have a conversation, they probably have a good reason.
