The reason I got a big horn (as fully loaded as I could blacked out) is because I think it’s the best bang for buck that ram offers for an awesome looking family crew cab 4x4. I spent $50k on it and after I refinance it I’ll add a ICON suspension system to it which will last forever and provide optimum off road experience as well as perfect on road driving not to mention easily clear 35s. Then as far as the motor. The hemi (non etorque) is simple and tough. I’ll keep it stock and when the trucks paid off I’ll regear to like 4.88s in case I wana put 37s on it. The ram boxes are my fav too so I don’t need to add a canopy to the bed. I do like the slide out draw and rolling metal bed covers though. Besides those mods all I’ll need after that is a locker with air compressor, winch and light bar and I’m golden mate!

I love my Rebel as well ....... waiting for factory tires to wear out and then going similar to your setup w/ lift/wheels. Love watching you work on this thing, I have the exact same truck except you have Ram Box and I have Split/Swing Gate (which I love). Happy Birthday!

My Son just bought the 2020 Power Wagon. That truck is huge and came with options that makes it almost like a Limited. TRX is nice but it's gonna be big$$$$

Happy Birthday Time does start to fly the older you get. Have been following some of your mods on my own Rebel and definitely love the interior and ride quality of the truck. I have the borla s type and am completely in love with it( especially in the tunnels).😀 Sure I would love the Trx but is that what I need and can afford? Pretty simple answer and decision. Keep on truckin and enjoying life!

I know it's a little late for you, but maybe somebody else can use the tip - use a heat gun on the fender liner and you can reshape it to clear any rubbing. The results are far better than cutting and take less time too.

Keep it but definitely take off the ReadyLift kit and get an actual lift kit like the Zone 6 inch.

Nice truck......I picked up a bighorn 2020. And I really like it, but the gas mileage... but over all it's a nice truck, and I think they make the best looking 1....next 1 I am thinking the power wagon....

Im in the same position on My 19 Limited looking to upgrade to TRX a few dealership are giving me more then what i paid for it. 50k for a truck i paid 48999 over a year ago my truck currently has 35k. after to a few i do want the Rambox possible they may come in the 22-23 trx model. Think i hold on it my 19 a little longer

Like ur truck so much , I had my new rebel 2020 black edition About 2 months ago and i add to it mopar 2 1/2 inches leveling kit true the dealer after that i start to hear verry lowed clunck noise specially on sharp bumps Do you any idea where is that coming from or have u ever went to that kind of issues with your truck !??? I would more than happy for an answer back Thank you !

I tightened everything when I put in my SST lift but it’s probably a body mount bolt or sway bar link and mine had gone away since then

Hammerdown, great video. I'm in the market for a 2021 RAM and planning to order one because it's the best way to get everything that I want. After watching your videos, I know for sure I want the RAM boxes, 12" screen and panoramic sunroof the most. However, I am undecided on the best choice to make for suspension. I like the idea of the air suspension that keeps the truck level when towing something but I feel like it might be a waste of money getting that option if I want to have a 3-4" lift because I want to run 35s on a 20" or 22" wheel. I don't plan to tow anything but maybe a couple of wave runners or a small boat. Should I just get coils instead of the air suspension? Any thoughts or recommendations? Spacers sound nice too but I'm not sure. All I know is that 6" is too tall for my taste. Thanks

If you don’t tow springs are fine plus it’s a 1500$ option for air suspension I will add air bags to mine the 3.5 SST lift is fine if you do t off-road much

Has your screen been messing up once in a while? Mine froze on me and had to disconnect the battery for a bit for it to work again, and once working again it was missing items on the screen so had to disconnect the battery again and it started to work properly again

I have a 2019 bighorn I change my muffler to a magflo but I have the re-gens still on the tail pipe. I dont know what effect they have can I just cut them out?

They came on the truck. I wanted the borla, I was talked into the magflo it does sound ok it gave me 1mpg improvement. In hindsight I should have stuck to my guns.
