Corporate ppl approach very few select group to fight their cases,mainly established lawyers. Young lawyers who are trying to gain recognition and have relatively newer law firms setup won't get that many Corporate cases.

Same happened to me . Even the police office was helping them . First i filed complaint against them 3 times but no FIR was lodged against them. They had direct contacts with the police, maybe they bribed the police officer but it was not of rape but of battery . After a depressing week and they laughing at me and then my friends came and then we beat them in their home and now police lodged fir against me but now im satisfied .

False FIR is something you should always keep in mind and use it before the other party uses against you whenever you have doubt that they might use it against you, I think that'd solve this problem!

In my opinion..........Ofcourse nothing in crpc for settling a dispute...for non compoundable offences, but in civil cases do try to move an offer of without prejudice liberally...

Sir, I filed a complaint before the district consumer court against a motor vehicle company and its dealer. My vehicle is under warranty when the complaints arise in my vehicle but the company and dealer fail to attend to the problem being I am under warranty. What if my petition is rejected by saying I am not a consumer because you're using your vehicle for commercial purposes? Can I file a writ petition before the High court under section 420? for being deceived by the company and dealer for misleading a warranty band? Because I have seen a lot of judgements of the district and state consumer forum rejecting the petition by saying the petitioner is not a consumer. (*only operating single vehicle by petitioner) 🙏 Please help me

I have a lot of respect for you. But, why is that almost all your discussion and, examples on rape charges are only 'Fake Rape case'. I watch most of your videos and most of your videos on this subject involve only fake rape case. I am a bit of a law student too and so, I understand that lawyer has not much of the choice. If they are fighting a case from the side of the culprit/assaulter then, they have to prove that it was a fake rape and 'Assaulter' is 'Not an Assaulter' *OR,* *vice-versa* But, showcasing in all your videos as an example is very depressing. People look up to you.
