It is a struggle to gain followers/subscribers but we're not in it for money or anything...just having a blast doing this! All the tips in this video are extremely helpful especially for newbs like us. Probably a big takeaway from all your and Pat's videos is never stop learning and have fun before thinking of making any money. I know that if I never make a dime, I'll still consider this a win because we're having fun doing this. Okay, I'm done with my rant 😂 Keep it up, both of you! Also, I am utilizing Patreon for Monthly subs for a few different tiers, a few being monthly coaching, one-on-one options, which helps sell the coaching (eventually moving this to Sam cart so I can set up the minimum 3 -6 months commitment) the other two tiers are for extended material from YT and the Podcasts. @@TheBecomingMen Three things: 1. Went hard on it --- went to a 2-3 episode per week model instead of 1 episode a week. 2. Ran ad traffic to a mobile landing page for the podcast with app deep links to make it easy for people to subscribe. 3. My platform gets traffic from many different sources.
