I have a probably stupid question: What to do when the around 3months old baby sleeps through the night. Will my milk supply diminish if the baby doesn't drink or I don't pump at night?

Hi! No question is stupid. This is a great question. Enjoy your night’s rest if your 3-month-old is sleeping longer stretches. Your milk will regulate to what your baby needs. If you need to give your milk supply a boost, pump after your first morning breastfeeding session. Hope this helps! :)
