Just the other day people were bragging about the job. Well maybe it is time for him. But I think you should take another way. As you are talking now its more like demanding him after all his years.. please think a minute 🙏🇨🇦 wiw starting to sound like a whole new liberal party coming in. There are better ways to seeing if he will retire. Right now sounds like uou are looking at Trudeau instead. Moe is a very good person. Should be celebrating with him for his many hard years. 😢

Scott Moe and the Saskatchewan Party are merely an extension of Grant Devine's PC party, who were extremely bad, and almost bankrupted Saskatchewan.

@mikearchibald744 Good question. These aren't even actual Conservatives, so why would people defend them?

Just barely… over 50% want SP…. that’s called a majority; that is called democracy. NDP failed to win government; should t their leader resign?

They probably will, when parties lose their leaders almost always step down. Funny to hear from conservatives nowadays who have spent two years calling Pollievre the second coming despite being one of hte most odious political figures in Ottawa - even by other conservatives - and tarring Trudeau with every problem under the sun. Then if somebody online shows the exact same kind of bias against them suddenly they are being hypocrites. (thats mostly for the comment above but might as well put it here).

I see a trend, -BC NDP forms the government -Manitoba NDP beats the conservatives -Saskatchewan NDP gain 14 seats, Saskatchewan Party's majority is reduced by 2/3 -In Alberta the NDP gained seats and the #UCP lost 2/3 of their majority last election, next election they will be down and out of power.

@horselakeranch I guess if you are looking back at the 1950s you can't see a developing trend. I will add the Manitoba details from the 2023 election - Manitoba NDP gains 16 seats, beats the conservatives who lost 13 seats

As someone who could consider the Conservative Party of old as an option, I feel like the politics of Moe (and Higgs and Poilievre and Smith and Ford) will never see me casting a Blue vote again. There is no action on Health Care. If anything, there’s a move to undermine it so as to see it privatized. And in some way, they will benefit post politics. Just like Mike Harris (PC, Ontario) who privatized Long Term Care in Ontario and now sits on the Board of one of the largest for profit LTC chains. No action on climate. No action on housing. No action on mental health. No action on education. But there is action against imaginary Trans Athletes who might compete against Albertan women… though Smith can’t name a single instance. Or Higgs, who built a whole policy around 1 complaint from a parent about a pronoun. I can’t be alone. Is there not a need for a party that believes in lower taxation but who won’t go on stage with people that think there are Jewish space lasers starting fires? F’ me.
