Should the LDS Church Share Sacred Spaces?

As a Muslim, it's not allowed to pray in a church that has images of humans or animals in it.

@@kenny-gee its not about respect. We respect them. But we are not supposed to pray there. It is our rule. We should not pray there because we need to follow our rules. I would not pray there as it is against my religion to pray in a space that includes graven images as rfm stated. They can worship in their church as they please but we as muslims have our own rules. These muslims should not have prayed there as there are images. But if the Mormons decided to take down those images to help them out there is no problem there. Muslims are able to pray anywhere on Earth as long as it is clean and there are no images or idols. So they could have just prayed in the park if they wanted to. If they asked them to take down the images they shouldn't have. They can have any image they want but it doesn't mean we should stop them.

Is it about being a good neighbor from the LDS to the Muslims who may have lost their space to a fire? Is it about renting the space to the Muslims? The LDS rent space in NYC from a congregation run by LGBTQ- so what is the difference?
