"Sport should be split based on ability" -- it already is, that's why there's a Female category and an Open category. Woman CAN compete in the open category; there's no rules against it -- but you'll notice it's all males; odd that. Removing the female division protections will eventually just lead to a male dominated Women's division and a male dominated Open division - doesn't sound particularly fair for our sisters/daughters to be honest.....

Never seen your show before, but i agree with james on the trans stuff. I myself am a trans man, so I know what its like to feel super vulnerable in a bathroom. Honestly any bathroom with a bunch of people in it feels unsafe, so I try to use gender neutral bathrooms whenever I can, even though I pass for the most part, because they feel much safer. I honestly think we should get rid of gendered bathrooms in the first place and just have like a sink area and then floor-to-ceiling cubicles with toilets.

reality is the whole bathroom is we know there's a degree of predatory genetic males who will abuse any kind of excuses to do terrible things to genetic females... either peeping toms or sexual assaulters. The idea of male and female bathrooms is that we can readily identify those who are in each type of bathroom on visual inspection for passers-by. Reality is that such men will still such horribles regardless of what the modern political social norm is and we cannot just decree these monsters away. I am sure it does cause problems for those who desire to go into public as trans but the whole point was to protect women from such perverts which WILL persist in our population.

On the 1st of October 2024 in the UK in Kent a woman entered the restrooms of a Tesco Supermarket where she was followed in and sexually assaulted in a cubicle by a man in the middle of the afternoon, they have silently put in place a policy that their toilets are unisex which means anyone can enter. Baring in mind young girls and children use the womans facilities. Instead of looking at this topic from the point of view of trans a trans person maybe look at the bigger picture, by having unisex toilets you are making woman and children more vulnerable than they already are. I understand that Trans people have their own issues with being abused and assaulted but the fact of the matter is Violence against woman is rising at an astonishing rate especially in the cities here. The problem is womans voices are not being heard and we have rights just as much as they do, all I see is men and trans woman speaking either on behalf of woman or against us and it has to stop.

@@nataliebaines6445 what you fail to realize is that literally anyone can walk into any bathroom at any time and assult anyone. there's no sense in hurting trans people just because some people (mostly cis people, as reflecting the population) can and will assult people. If you disagree with me on unisex bathrooms that's one thing, but there's no reason someone should not be allowed to use the bathroom they feel most comfortable in and that aligns with their gender identity

@@hi1dk Obviously anyone can walk in however having a Unisex facility only leaves woman more vulnerable, so no I'm not failing to realise anything, like I said woman have rights just like anyone else and just because the trans community shout louder than we do does not mean they get to overrule us and make decisions on our behalf.
