Damn right he should. I'm criminally insane so I do store the plane chunk on his chest but mostly because the upgrade kit makes it not fit on his shoulder anymore.

Oh real, which upgrade kit do you have?

@garrythegremlin I'm not sure if it had a specific name, got it as part of a package deal with the figure of ebay. It had shoulder add-ons, feet add-ons, a larger version of the gun and alternate hands with articulated fingers. Looks pretty good and makes him stand a little more stable (the one I got has loose legs, will probably fix at some point but it isn't urgent) but the shoulders plug into the hole the plane chunk would go.

@@garrythegremlin Recently I picked up a 3rd party Overlord (Carnifex I think was the name?). That one was a little spendy but it's really impressive looking. It's also quite large, maybe an inch or two taller than Commander Class Jetfire.

Oh yeah, is that the MMC IDW style one? I’d love him, but i’m also kinda holding out hope that we’ll get an official commander one too (I always prefer official lol)

titan returns does a good job and you can argue that the toy follows the original '80s, at least on the takara side of things it would really get a lot from the upgrade at commander, even just starting from this (or rather, the takara one), and getting the proportion to work the full way, would be a big thing also, since the old ones are basically less easy to grab than the g1 ones, it would really improve things
