As a UK Titans fan I have seen us lose twice in London. The first one was a great ending even if we didn't convert the 2 point conversion against the chargers. Was planning to visit Tennessee in the near future to maybe see a win. This year might not be the year haha. Love the POD though guys keep it up through the hard times with us

Great point on feeling nothing, there's a dark matter void going on with this team. I'm never an advocate for firing a coach in, or after his first season, but Callahan has to go, this is worse than Whisenhunt. A second season with him hurts to think about.

Glad to see Graver coming around to the fact that Brian Callahan is nothing but an OC. Dude has never even had an offense of his own before this year. Under-qualified at the time he was hired and it shows. His best chance of being a good HC is if he gets fired from here, goes to be a OC and playcaller somewhere for a bit, then getting a 2nd chance at being a HC

My Titan story is pretty cool. I lived in Texas as a young'n. No real understanding of football. I knew we hated the Cowboys, and being near Houston, Oilers was the team. Then my family moved to Tennessee. At that age, I was getting into football more seriously. Obviously, Bud Adams knew I moved and was just trying to be near me. Only logical reason.

What’s up, fellas… so many things to sort out! I never was a Vrabel guy and I’m glad we moved forward from him… People talk about Brian Callahan like he just showed up from the pumpkin patch and became the head coach . His father was coaching football when he was still in diapers…. He’s literally been involved with the game, his whole life… and when you see with the coaching staffs and head coaches he has worked with, he’s paid his dues and is ready for the . I believe he’s forgotten more about football than most of us will ever know! Give him time and I think he will figure this head coaching thing out … I’m not worried about draft order at all… just hope we get a good quarterback in the near future… I think Wil Levis kind of duped us all… people keep saying how good he was last year, but I don’t see that… The two long touchdowns to dhop we’re off target by a lot and he had to adjust his route to catch them… he was so so last year but worth gambling on… we lost that bet and this is what we get… I think Ran should’ve got a whole lot more with the trades of Malik Willis and Dhop… I don’t feel like he got max value for those trades… he could’ve done a whole lot better… working the phones and even waiting another week for teams to get more desperate… Especially Malik… there’s teams that need a quarterback now they would probably give way more than a seventh round pick for him! It sucks that we have to wait another year, but this team is kind of fun to watch when they’re clicking… just gotta find the quarterback that can make that happen for four quarters… I don’t feel like saying Titanup! But I don’t want to say Titan down… So I will say Titan sideways!😁
@MusicCityAudiblePodcast20 күн бұрын
We certainly think Callahan's resume warranted this opportunity.. but sometimes, people find out they're not cut out for leading when they find themselves in that position.. we're not there yet, but have to worry it's a possibility based on the product. Thanks for your long comment! Love a good discussion.

We’ve reached the awful point where I want the titans to lose for draft purposes but because of that I have no desire to watch them. (Even though I still watch every single game)

@Gigan101KAWR19 күн бұрын
I totally get it on the apathy, Melo. I’m just numb to it. We know what we are. It’s probably going to be worse before it’s better. Or, maybe this is rock bottom! Either way this team has a lot of things to fix and a lot of things to go right before we get out of this hole. Gotta bunker down and weather the storm lol. As for Anderson, I’m with Graver on this. Canning him does nothing other than send a message. Maybe that’s something we need? Who knows. I won’t be shocked what happens either way. As for Cally, I was out on him 2 weeks ago but now I’m just at square one. The roster just didn’t work. The QBs suck. He’s an inexperienced coach learning on the fly with a horrible roster and a similarly inexperienced staff. In a league where crazy premature things happen all the time, let’s try and be patient and see if this dude can do something. Maybe with a solid vet or a surprising rookie QB, he could show us he deserves to lead the team. We shall see. I’m not sure how this upcoming game will go. Feels like that home game the Titans win when everyone assumes they’ll lose to stave off the hunger of the home fans lol. But, it definitely won’t hurt if we do lose lol
@MusicCityAudiblePodcast19 күн бұрын
This certainly feels like rock bottom! The QBs are awful but I will push back on the "horrible roster" bit. This is NOT a horrible roster.

I understand fans are upset and I get why folks want to have Cold Anderson fired. The idea is, you are sending a message, that we are cleaning house, we are accountable and that we want to improve and that starts with firing coordinators. However, firing a coach also sends another message. The message is, if you mess up, we will fire you, which creates a toxic environment for any future special teams coordiantor. You might have a dream candidate who excells at coaching special teams, but because he fears that if he makes a couple mistakes he will be fired, so therefor he doesn't even want to work at the Titans. I say all that to say this, you have to give people time, and you can't simply fire a coach off a few mistakes, doing so repels future talented coaches from even approaching the Titans.
@MusicCityAudiblePodcast19 күн бұрын
We appreciate your ability to take a longer POV! We think Colt Anderson's mistakes have been historically poor enough to warrant a firing, but we hope he can turn it around!
@Flawerspowers19 күн бұрын
Still hear and listening; here is an idea for a por how about with a high draft pick we go for a RT or Edge even WR and look for a journey man QB like other teams did with Baker, Cousins even Geno. ¿Could that be an option?
@MusicCityAudiblePodcast18 күн бұрын
I definitely think there's a chance the Titans could pass on QB in the draft and focus on addressing EDGE/RT/WR. If so, you'd have to think they'll bring in a vet QB. They're not just going to hand it right back to Levis at this rate.

@Mr319198021 күн бұрын
They shouldn't fire Colt Anderson, he's our best player. With Colt Anderson on the team will get that first round pick for sure, keep him on the staff. We need to pull a Houston Texans Lovie Smith type deal, where we let the sorry coaches and GM stink their way through the rest of the season. And then at the end fire them all and take from the top candidates in the NFL coaches or higher Deion Sanders to be the coach and draft his son.

I say no, at least not yet. It feels like a mob-rule find a scapegoat type of move. There's so much newness to this team, the most foolish move would be to be impatient and short-sited...and that goes for coaches as well as players. He's been a ST coach for 7 games. Better ST's players weren't kept on the 53. Some of the players kept have screwed up obviously a few times. The punter either can't or won't get hang time...and that's one that is maybe on the coach if they haven't spoken about it...does anyone know the answer to that? Answering before I watch the vid, so you don't change my mind lol. I'll post another thought if you do and boost the algo in the process ;)
