Yes, I've always believed that cats are "self cleaning machines"🤣 Especially if there are inside cats, (which they all should be anyway!) I've very seldom had to bathe any of my cats, and the few that I did bathe, definitely did not enjoy the experience! lol. I do always trim their nails though, and they do not mind that at all, they're all so accustomed to having it done.😸

I was not enthusiastic about this video when I saw the title. My minds scoffing, "of course you don't bathe cats-DUH. But I was humbled after watching. My cat likes to trim his nails by chewing and biting them. He seems to favor doing this to his back paws.

I'll give my cats a good brushing here and there, but that's about it. They are both kept indoors, but I will check them for fleas after one of them escapes outside, like one of the two cats occasionally does!🐈🐈‍⬛❤️

My cat is 10 yrs old and obese. She can't reach at her tail area and backside of thighes. She is an accident survivor and so she is parcially handicap. Left hind leg injured. Please guide me for cleaning her . She just hates to be touched and becomes agressive if we try to touch her.

If I tried to bathe my kitty boy, I'd end up in the E.R. But a few times a year I take him to Petsmart's grooming parlor for bathing and getting his claws trimmed. When I pick him up, he's all nice and fluffy and they use some stuff that soothes his dry skin. To add insult to injury, they tell me that he lets them do anything to him while he's being groomed. And I get to pay for that.

Never say never….There is always the exception to the rule! My cat loves the water. He will get in the tub and swim around. I swear he thinks he is a dog! He also spends a lot of time grooming himself.

Stimulation of the circulation - BULLSHIT. Temperature control - BULLSHIT (Almost completely). No need to trim claws; if you can't cope with having your sofa destroyed then you shouldn't have a cat in the first place. Goddamnit to hell... yes, other than that it's all good advice, super... If you have a show cat it's a must. If your cat is dirty at a cat show the judges will take away points and they will disqualify your cat
