For every reported complaint about Carvana (or Carmax) there are thousands of nasty experiences at "traditional" dealerships, with their deceptive and humiliating haggling routines. I'm a former employee at several dealerships.

Carvana makes 99% of it's profits SELLING LOANS & not cars. Which equals RED FLAG. SHADY business imo. Buyers BEWARE. Use your brain buyers. Another RED FLAG about Carvana. If Carvana ONLY offers buyers a 7 day return, then Carvana must not have much faith in the cars they are selling. #1 TOP RED FLAG IS: A LOT of people are not getting the pink slip title registrations sent to them. Some buyers just don't have smarts buying cars these days. Figure it out. Duh!

I’m going next week to pick up my car from the Chicago location. I’m excited and a little nervous. I hope it looks exactly like the pictures or better. I didn’t know that they mail you the license plates before you pick the car up.

I would say yes and no because i bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and they hid body work that was done to the car and refused to fix the car because they said that was Used car things LOL but other than that experience i would purchase again it beats dealing with the dealerships...

I’ve been seeing a lot of horror stories online and I’ve been scared to take delivery of my car. I know it’s case by case but should I be scared and cancel my order or should I take delivery and get it inspected

They have pre inspections online and if you don’t like it you have like seven days to take it back no cost!

Yes, I definitely was able to test drive look through the car as much as I wanted to, being that I drove all the way there. I’m also sure you would be able to even if it was delivered to you.

This lousy ONLY 7 day return policy is EVERYTHING a buyer should understand that Carvana doesn't trust the cars they are selling. RED FLAG CITY. I would never buy a huge car this way EVER. You people are lazy af & setting yourselves up to get scammed & have problems. SMH.

@@donaldhess6129 you just have to know your vehicle and know how much it’s worth because it used car dealership in your town can be 10 times more expensive than Carvana you can go to a dealership in your town buy a used vehicle. That’s too expensive drive off the lot and it breaks down on you. with Carvana, you have a grace period when you can actually bring the car back and get your money back at no cost which is really cool
