Id only consider it to use the HomePod minis as speakers. However it too expensive just for that when my TV has Apple TV and airplay built in

Can I connect Apple tv4K (2021) with my television via HDMI 2.0 and home theatre system (DD 5.1 surround sound) via HDMI ARC of television for getting DD surround sound from apple tv4K? My television supports DD surround sound.
