Решили купить виллу в Damac в Лагунс. Сделали резерв в Лагунс 90.000 дерхам, 25. 02.2022( возвратный) менеджеры уверяли что если нас что-то не устроит, в течение максимум месяц сумму вернут) делали резерв для того чтобы чтобы самыми первыми выбрать виллу какая нам понравиться, красиво рассказывают, только несите им деньги. обещали что сможем выбрать любую виллу, но когда открыли старт продаж, стали предлагать только самые удалённые от бассейнов виллы. Начался обман с их стороны. Нас это не устроило, такое наглое отношения с их стороны. Решили вернуть резерв, 15 марта написали менеджеру. И здесь началось самое интересное и неприятное, то не правильно написали заявление, то не та форма, компания стало цепляться чуть ли не к каждой букве, больше месяца компостировали мозг и много затраченного времени и исправления заявления. Наконец то их устроило заявление, приходит ответ что мы на очереди на возврат, ждите, 20 мая деньги прийдут. Сейчас 25 августа деньги так и не вернули, каждую неделю пишу им на почту ответы раньше были ждите вы на очереди, потом вообще перестали отвечать. Агент через которого делали сделку ничего внятного ответить не может. Компания Damac мошенники, наверно прийдется ехать в Дубаи писать заявление в полицию и Земельный комитет. А как расказывали что там все серьезно и строго и никакого обмана не будет.

@@user-gp4lu6zr9f Сохраните транзакций и выписку из банка сделаете и сохраните все переписки и можете спокойно в суд подать за месяц все решать тем более если это Реалторска компания можете еще сверху компенсацию потребовать

@@rc6297 это второй самый крупный застройщик в Дубай Damac, адвокат за это дело возьмет около 10 000$ и не гарантирует что деньги вернут. Сказала что с этой компанией тягаться бесполезно. 99% можете забыть про эти деньги, таких как мы оказалось много.
