Basically, your work and influence have helped me believe in and take care of myself. From the first moment of doing a free breathwork and hearing you speak like a real live person, to a deep and dark moment on breathing space when I actually felt heard, supported and safe enough to speak, please know that your work is powerful and effectively magical.
