I put 3 hard ones in freezer wrapped in plastic for maybe a week or more. Took out, been thawing room temperature two or three days. One softened so I just cut it for snack. Texture is plastic calamari oozing water.

I wanna know we put ripe avacadoes in refrigerator or raw ones and use it after they ripe after taken out of fridge ?

Thanks for sharing. Great info. I froze 1 ripe n it came out yuck. I think in a blender with milk, then freeze to later have as a weird treat might work? I dunno, i recall it as a kid.

Pretty much nothing, freezing is the second safest form of conserving food.
