I see that you are very good at providing valuable information. I respect every video that you posted and I like your style and the useful tips that you provide. I feel you are the right person to ask for tutorials, so here I am )) . please do a tutorial on the swing 360 but if you can, do it for someone who does not have access to a low bar, only to a high bar. Show steps on how to learn it safely and overcome the fear. also please do a tutorial on hefesto and impossible dips and for impossible dips talk about that pain on the triceps when we lean back and how to avoid it. I personally have the same problem for leaning back in V- Sit. If it is a flexibility issue please show us how to overcome it safely and efficiently

After a bulk going from 56kg to 85kg in almost a year and a half, with a height of 170cm, i was so heavy that i almost replace calisthenics with gym because i barely could do a muscle up, now after a 6 months of cut, i weight 70kg and im back with calisthenics and i feel invencible on the bar, my goal for now is to keep this weight with my body fat percentage and currently training front Lever and handstand pushups without wall

i have a question/situation that i hope you can help with, its been on my mind and i don't really know where to go from here. So I am 15 years old at 50kg bodyweight and my original plan was to bulk to 55kg or 60kg so that i can gain weight while building muscle and I wanted to start training skills when i was one of the 2 bodyweights. My problem right now is that after watching a lot of you and Nathan Bosech, and how you dont need to train basics to start skills, im really confused about what i should do from here. I was hoping you could give some advice about if I should stick with my original plan or just start with skills right now and it would be nice to hear what you would do, i love your content it is very easy to watch and absorb i hope you have a wonderful new year! 🔥🔥🔥

Currently 140lbs at 5'8 as long as i build muscle in my delts and back even biceps, triceps AND train the skills specifically I am doing ight which is why Refael can do cool stuff on rings being how heavy he is
@Its.Wolttt6 ай бұрын
thanks man, but i have a question: let's say i do small amounts of skill work on a cut, but slightly more dips and pullups (which would be the opposite normally), will that be good to not lose any muscle and strenght?

You pribably didnt consistently practice the skills and didnt add muscle mass in the areas that would benefit you.

@RadiantShadow136 ай бұрын
for people who is under 18 don't do a cut because you will not grow and your body development would be affected, its better to do a lot of cardio, eat healthy, tracking how much protein you need to eat a day for example I need 176g of protein a day and get everything mostly from training, then when you are 18 you can cut
@SasaVenos6 ай бұрын
Agreed, thats a smart and logical decision. however if you're overweight already as a teen some calorie deficit and discipline wont kill you and will actually teach you some things
@RadiantShadow136 ай бұрын
@@SasaVenos ofc, if you are overweight I think you should go to the doctor, that can says what to do in your situation

Pls answer this question : For SKILL IS it better to be light and slightly muscular (like i am 1.80 and 60kg) Or should someone clean bulk up to gain that muscle mass, which will then help with gaining strength
@SasaVenos6 ай бұрын
Adding muscle mass in specific areas required for skills (front delts, lats, mid traps) is an awesome idea and you'll be missing out if you stay at the same weight forever
@themightybig_chungus12776 ай бұрын
Is it ok to bulk though?
@SasaVenos6 ай бұрын
Of course, Im not promoting being energy deficient. Im just telling what to consider if you decide to do it. Building muscle and strenght is eaisest done in surplus, I do it every 2-3 months
@e99q6 ай бұрын
how to have big back?
@SasaVenos6 ай бұрын
Do pullups for lats and rows for the traps, do them a lot and focus on deep stretch and slow eccentric while in a calorie surplus
