Should you pay extra for the Air New Zealand Sky Couch when flying long haul with toddlers?

What happens if the people from the front seats recline?

It’s fine there is enough room doesn’t affect the seat just the tray.

It may be worth it if you have small people with you, but my wife and I have been given skycouch a couple of times, and I found it just too cramped for two adults (6-2 man, 5-5 woman). We don't think it worth the extra cost for us.

Thanks for commenting. I totally agree it’s like a short single bed which would be very difficult for 2 adults. Plus if it’s just you and your wife the extra cost will also be for the 3rd seat. I was paying for the 3rd seat anyway.

Absolutely, but you’d need to pay for 3 seats. It would be perfect for just 2 adults.
