@@Redclaydetailingif are concerned about torquing it to the right specks there are tools for that. But if you are leaving seats you are cutting corners.

@@paultaylorbikes I know about torque wrenches and how to use them. We aren’t removing anything from vehicles. Nope that’s not happening. Seat removal is not necessary in my operation. For someone else that may be different. Electric seats raise, air guns, steamers all make removal unnecessary. Also the cars are not trashed to that point. 🤷🏾♂️

@@Redclaydetailingto be fair car detailing is not my specialty. I was researching ideas how to detail my own car. I am definitely taking the seats out.

It's not lazy, nor is it cutting corners. It's a liability issue. Even if you knew how to do it, you're gonna get sued big time possibly if you end up doing something wrong and someone gets in an accident. Plus it's not worth it if you're a mobile detailer because you'll be outside as opposed to a garage.
