Never loved the translucent cage on the 3.0's. I think that's a lot of peoples complaints too. Tried the 4.0's & the toebox feels more in place. Loved the broll on all the shoes this vid, was crisp man

It worked really well depending on the different colorways especially the Triple Whites. But besides that it was really difficult to work with. I liked the matte cage better. Cheers for checking this out :)

Yeah man the matte cage was really killer. When the Leather LTD's launched for the 3.0, was deciding on getting it since it was the closest thing to matte haha

Quick fyi. Not all 4.0s have the textile cage and raised heel cup. Most pairs come with a standard heel cup and solid tpu cage.I think only a handful come with the textile cage and textured heel cup.

My 3.0 trace cargos don't have a translucent cage and has a textured color matched heel cup. The new 4.0 look like they're made out of corduroy or something

There is a premium triple black ultraboost made out of full leather. It's not as breathable or flexible as prime knit but it gets your need fixed. Good luck
