Absolutely wrong information, you need to oil your hair regularly, keep it for few hours and then wash. It gives shine, softness, helps in hair fall, makes your hair grow and healthy. It is my personal experience, I am 63 years old, I have beautiful healthy hair because of regular oiling.

Lol. "Helps in hair fall", "Hair grow" etc. are completely baseless and nonsensical terms. Your hair roots are deep within your skin. Oil cannot penetrate deep into your skin. On the contrary it can clog your sebaceous glands and create pimples, blisters etc. Oil massaging can cause stimulation of blood to the scalp but nothing beyond that.

Those who have oily scalp should avoid oil. The least they can do is oil their hair before shampoo, for 10-15 minutes. Coconut oil, Mustard Oil, Black Seed Oil are best.

Any mild shampoo to cleanse your scalp. Try using Sebamed anti hairloss shampoo, it's very mild. And if you have long hair, keep the oil for 30mins to an hour before shampoo. Twice a week in winters and thrice a week in summers/spring. Use black seed oil (kalonji oil) as it boosts hair growth. And remember that Sebamed shampoo doesn't produce much foam. Rest, try adding healthy food to your diet like almond, nuts, egg, spinach, fish, amla etc.

@@manisharathore6001 Mai mere mood ke hisabse kabhi kabhi overnight lagake rakhti hun or next din shampoo se hair wash kar leti hun ya phir jis din shampoo karna hota hai usi din 30 minutes ya 1 hour ya 2 hours lagake rakh ke shampoo se hair wash kar leti hun. Coconut oil ya Mustard oil ya phir koibhi apke pasand ke pure oil (not any synthetic or mineral oil ❌) lekar apne hair ki hisabse utna quantity ek katori mai leke halka garam matlab gunguna warm kar leti hun ya phir garam pani mai oil ke bottle ko ya tel ki katori ko garam/warm karke kisi dropper se ya haato se scalp mai hair root to hair tip laga leti hun aur massage bhi karti hun halke haato se phir choti/beni/binuni bandh ke rakh deti hun bas simple.

Bachpan mai tel lagata tha bhut or sabun se bal dho de deta tha .. Fir kisi ne salah di tel nhi lagana chahiye bal achhe dikhte hai .. Kuch samay bad mujhe dandruff problem ho gyi.. fir ek dum se hairfall start ho gya .. or balo ki density kmm ho gyi phle se ..ab mai fir se tel lagana start krr diya hu.. ab bal bhut kmm jhdte hai.. This is my personal experience.. Not scientific reason..
