I received an email in which WU informed that the money have been collected by receiver. I called to see that everything is OK and my friend said clearly WU didn't have enough cash to give the money, but in 30 hours the fucking WU sends message that the money have been received! Sending money from the US internationally is most expensive by Western Union and they started asking questions and I will Allen people to get their money and not being transparent why. The American based company Western Union is the worst company you can use to transfer money from the US to Colombia, and I bet it's the same for any other country in the world. Although from the US, Western Union has the worse exchange rates one can possibly find. In the US we have companies that will wire your money to a bank in Colombia call Davivienda. Davivienda bank will give you something very near to what the dollar exchange is during the time you are sending your money. Don't use Western Union they will take a good chunk of your money!!!! There are way better options, the agent is showing you in this vid.
