I used a body blade in physical therapy - it's not as easy as you make it look! I was surprised how powerful the oscillations were. I am impressed by the innovative equipment and therapies that professionals like you have created. Thanks for this video. So wonderful that people can recover so beautifully with the right support. Namaste

72 year old male here, 10 years of shoulder issues. Dislocation of one that never healed properly and the tearing of the long head of the triceps, causing difficulty in the other shoulder. Tried many therapies, such as Prolo, Ozone, and many others with little progression, still in pain and lack flexibility. Surgery has been suggested however success is considered to be unlikely. I will purchase the device and get the body blades. Thank you. Is there a recommended model of this device?

I think oscillations are a great way of working out the shoulder. The equipment has been around for some time though

100% jcool! Bodyblade has been around since the 90's - the novel approach was basing an entire rehab program around just 1 piece of equipment.

Hello Dr. Whitten. Interesting. It would seem helpful with just my arthritis; but I’m dealing with thoracic outlet syndrome, exacerbated by a torn rotator cuff from last year. (Went to PT for frozen shoulder…I was told I developed arthritis…this year I found out it never healed, and it’s torn worse…and waiting for surgery date.) BUT I’ve been in excruciating pain mostly lying down , for months. Do you have specific exercises that could help with the TOS? Thank you kindly!

Would those exercises be beneficial to shoulder arthritis related pain elimination?

Good question, Mr. Brody. A routine like this could be beneficial for shoulder problems where there is an instability component.
