Sir, let me admit, I have not watched any video on MSK, the way you are explaining. You voice command, clarity and narrative is probably second to none. I came to know late about you. Amazing style. Please accept my gratitude. Stay blessed

Every single video by Dr. Carmona is crisp clear and done very well. I use it repeatedly to reinforce the learning process. The surface anatomy drawing helps remember. Talented teacher.

Dr. Carmona…I had an MRI done based upon my complaint of shoulder pain, with no testing performed as in your video. MRI result shows a partial tear in SS tendon, 70-80 % depth, parallel to fibers and not transverse. Other tendons ok, with some arthritis at AC joint & mild bursitis. I would mention that I have occasional popping in the sternum when doing certain activities; but no pain. After hearing your video I wonder about any improper articulation between sternum and collar bone. I was given 3 strengthening exercises using a yellow Theraband to reset scapula etc. Should I go back to DO and mention the sternum popping occasionally? I have heard some popping In sternum and neck vertebrae when performing some of the exercises. Your video is best I have seen. Very clear and concise and very well explained.

That's exactly what he did , when you ask the patient not to allow you to adduct his arm , then basically you are testing his abduction power

I feel your testing of power is confusing , if you are testing for abduction you should ask pt to abduct & give resistance & not what you are showing here . Correct me if I’m wrong.
