couldn't see if it was the same woman in the background, both of you must aspired the ladies, first one did shoulder press superset with rear delts other lady did front raises and side lateral raises in one exercise

Dudes, don't you know that we already know in 2024 that the muscle needs to be under tension while being as stretched as possible? And that a slow, controlled eccentric further enhances the effectiveness of the movement. That dumbbell press was abysmal from both standpoint.
