When dong rear delt flies would you recommend to externally rotate the shoulder along with flexing the t spine?

I haven't watched the next 3 episodes, so just on the first 2... Maybe I missed it, but should I do the stretches daily AND these band exercises, or get the stretches to the point where I don't feel too tight, and THEN move to these?

Excellent video! How heavy can you work the rotor cuff with bands or weights?

in general: lighter than you think, because as soon as things get a little heavy delts and other stuff takes over very quickly. I only use a thin yellow band and an exerfit blue miniband and I do 60 kg military press for about 12-14 reps if that gives an idea of the "delt/cuff load ratio"
